We are looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious Assistant Event Manager. The role will be to work within the Event Management Team in event planning and delivery, in line with our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe.

 

The Assistant Event Manager will be responsible for supporting the Event Manager in pre-event sales, event planning and delivery, budget control and venue management. As well as working closely with the Event Management Team; they will also collaborate with customers to ensure that all expectations are exceeded at every touch point of the event.   

 

The successful candidate should be a confident, passionate and flexible individual who ideally has knowledge and experience in the Event Management Industry.

 

The ideal candidate should also be confident working with clients, skilled in multi-tasking and be hands on with dedication and enthusiasm to ensure the best quality and service is given to each event. They should also be able to evidence the ability to work within a successful team in a busy working environment.

 

The candidate should be able to provide evidence that they have a proven track record for delivering results and have a working knowledge of the industry. They should also have the ability to build strong long-lasting relationships with all team members within the company. In addition, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential for the role.
