Glasgow’s Home of Live Entertainment

Glasgow has a reputation for being a dynamic and cultural city with a legendary music scene, and the SEC plays a significant role in the city’s status as a UNESCO City of Music and international entertainment destination.

With iconic venues and flexible spaces, our infrastructure and expertise give us the ideal performance platform to engage your audience. Attracting some of the world’s greatest artists, as well as unique prestigious events, we continue to host live music, comedy, theatre, special events and sport.

Working with the SEC offers event organisers a responsible choice without compromising on quality, innovation, or audience experience. We provide a first-class service that allows even the most complex and logistically challenging events to be staged within the SEC. We have the space to suit your event needs.

Glasgow holds a vital place in the global music landscape and the OVO Hydro is firmly positioned as Scotland’s Home of Live Entertainment. Acts love to embrace the famous atmosphere and unmatched energy of a Glasgow audience.

The Scottish Event Campus offers a flexible platform to present a variety of complex sporting events. The OVO Hydro allows organisers to reach a worldwide audience via event broadcasting.

The OVO Hydro has had a significant impact on the calibre and profile of special events that we now attract to Scotland. This iconic, purpose-built venue has been the ideal setting for high profile events for over 10 years.
