The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) - comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro - is Scotland's premier venue for events, concerts, conferences and exhibitions. We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues, attracting over 2 million visitors a year.

 

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Recruitment Executive to work as part of our People Team to help us achieve our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe.

 

The Recruitment Executive will support the Head of People in delivering all recruitment, onboarding and induction processes for the company.

They will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and completing all associated administrative tasks. They will support a variety of people related projects to enhance our recruitment and onboarding processes as well as completing onboarding and inductions for all new starts.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the recruitment process which ensures our workforce are "fit for future"
  • Administer all new hire onboarding requirements including; contracts of employment, pre employment checks, and all SEC administration
  • To deliver the company induction process ensuring it is delivered to every member of the workforce.
  • To support key projects such as training, e-onboarding, recruitment analysis and data protection.
