1 or 2 way live streaming

Broadcast your live sessions to digital attendees, live stream remote presenters – or both!

Broadcast feed to website or platform

A live session feed can be broadcast to a platform or website of your choice; e.g. YouTube, Facebook, EventsAIR etc.

4K and HD outputs

High quality streaming is supported throughout the campus.

Provision for multiple remote presenters

Supporting your need to stream remote speakers and/or panel members, each room can accomodate up to 4 remote presenters.

Recording for ‘on demand’ viewing

Capture an audio only, or audio + visual recording of your sessions for future use. Unedited audio and/or visual files will be provided.

Studio set up

Create a live broadcast hub for your event with a green screen.

Virtual green room

An SEC Technician will manage a virtual holding room for any presenter connecting to give their talk or join Q&A.  The technician will meet them on arrival, do simple sound and video checks, and coordinate with the in-room technician to connect the virtual presenter at the appropriate time.

Please note, depending on the number of remote presenters per room per day, additional labour may be required.  For example, if there are 4 remote presenters per session, multiple times throughout the day, we would recommend additional zoom management in the session room.

Stream Management

Let SEC’s technicians set up your links to the video streaming platform of your choice for each room/day you are broadcasting.  Our team will provide you with links to embed in your platform and will monitor the outgoing streams from each room throughout the day to ensure quality and troubleshoot if required.

Slido Support

(1 x build day + open days)

Dedicated technician to programme and manage Slido Q&A and/or Voting, including iPad set up for session Chairs. 

 

Bespoke streaming template frame - POA

Our technical team can create a bespoke, branded outgoing stream frame.  Please ask us for more information. 

Small private meeting: zoom kit

Suitable for smaller boardroom style meetings of up to 20pax, this kit enables both and in person remote attendees to have an improved meeting experience.  The remote attendees will be displayed on the screen in the room, the remote presenter audio will come via the in-room speakers, and the in-person attendees will have access to table mics.

Audio and slide recording

This service will provide you with an unedited audio and slide recording.  Please note, a content management technician will be required at additional cost, however they can cover multiple recording rooms.  You can provide your own hard drive for us to upload the content to, or we can provide one for you (cost on application)

Camera recording

Audio feed combined with video camera recording of the room.  A camera operative is included to pan/tilt/zoom camera.
