Your tickets will be stored in your TM account and can be accessed via the TM mobile app.

Customers who wish to buy tickets for accessible positions can do so online via our websites (ticketing powered by Ticketmaster), or by using our accessible booking line on 0141 576 3230 (open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm).

The new Ticketmaster App is here! For any upcoming events, you'll need the new app to access your tickets. Download the new app now to ensure a seamless experience at your event.

There are three ways to download the new app:

1.       Visit the Ticketmaster App page here https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/app

2.       Visit your app store directly on your phone and search for "Ticketmaster"

3.       Follow the pop-up message in your current Ticketmaster App

Once downloaded, use your original details to sign in, and your tickets will be waiting for you in the new app.

For this event, Evolv Express® will be in operation. Evolv Express® is a contactless security screening solution that highlights threat items while ignoring harmless personal items as you walk through at a natural pace.

How do I prepare for screening?

1. Follow instructions from our security team, they’re there to help get you into the event quickly and smoothly.
2. Keep all personal belongings with you during the screening process. This system scans the contents of small bags and clothing without requiring you to remove any items.
3. Simply walk through the screening system; there’s no need to stop unless directed by security. If asked, please follow their instructions.
4. Have your ticket ready for scanning - then it’s time to enjoy the show!

 I have a medical condition/electronic medical device? 

If you have a medical condition or are fitted with an electronic medical device that limits certain security procedures, please inform the security staff as you approach, and they’ll provide an alternative screening method.
