TICKETING MANAGER - SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS 

Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland's premier venue for events, gigs, conferences, and exhibitions. We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.

 

As a Ticketing Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of the Ticketing Team to help deliver the following:

 

  • Manage ticketing operations, coordinating with promoters and internal departments, and ensuring a seamless client and customer experience.
  • Monitor ticket inventory to maximise sales, and develop pricing strategies through the lifecycle of events.
  • Collaborate with our ticketing partner to meet our deadlines and to ensure smooth delivery of each event.
  • Ensure that all event related information is communicated efficiently and accurately to all relevant parties.

Proficiency in managing manifests, seating plans, and dynamic pricing strategies, combined with expertise in ticketing platforms and Microsoft Office, is necessary to streamline operations.
