As a Senior Services Engineer, you will be responsible for working as part of the Facilities & Compliance Team to help deliver the following :
- Technical Excellence & Risk Governance
- Asset & Infrastructure Life Cycle Management
- Compliance
- Major Project Management & Capex Delivery
- Technical Excellence & Risk Governance
- Contractor & Supplier Management
- Internal Departmental Process Development
- Data, Systems & Reporting
- Budget & Financial Oversight

- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards Chartership
- Significant experience managing infrastructure systems and capital project in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulatory frameworks, building regulations & Technical handbooks
- Proven track record of delivering large scale engineering/infrastructure projects
- Expect knowledge of statutory systems including HV/LV electrical, fire safety, water hygiene (L8) & asbestos management
This is a leadership role requiring a degree-qualified engineer with significant experience in complex environments. The Senior Services Engineer will embed best practice, drive risk mitigation, and ensure the SEC’s estate is both resilient and future-ready.
