We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.

As a Senior Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of the Facilities & Compliance Team to help deliver the following:

  • Hard Services & Asset Leadership
  • Event Readiness, In-Event Support & Load-Out
  • Compliance & Statutory Oversight
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Contractor Management
  • Digital Systems & Reporting
  • Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Proven Leadership Experience
  • Knowledge of UK legislation & Compliance Framework
  • Professional Qualifications in NEBOSH/IOSH/IWFM
  • Strong Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Lift Safety Systems

Working within the Facilities & Compliance (FAC) Team, this role balances facilities workflow excellence, compliance leadership with customer experience. Ensuring that every hard services touchpoint contributes to the SEC’s reputation for delivering world-class events in a safe, reliable, and customer-focused environment.
