Summary Role:
To undertake all aspects of Site Safety, Security and Traffic Management ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors to our venues.

Customer service will be at the forefront of every customer relationship, customer is defined as colleagues, clients, partners, contractors and every customer and visitor.
Responsibilities:
1. Undertake and renew SIA Safety Training to ensure legislative and policy compliance.
2. Supervise and monitor in-house operations of Event Door Stewarding, ensuring compliance of SLA’s and local assignment instructions.
3. Operate, programme and monitor various Control Room Systems including; Fire Systems, CCTV, HVAC, TEMA, ID Door Access, Housekeeping and communications ensuring compliance with current legislation and operational procedures.
4. Ensure that all relevant incidents are recorded and made available to the Security & Safety Team Leader.
5. Respond to all operational emergencies and assist with emergency services and any other authoritative body when required.
6. Monitor and oversee crowd and traffic movement as well as managing Car Parking Facilities around the campus when required.
7. Manage the lost and found property, prohibited articles, cash handling and control of contractors procedures ensuring compliance with the company policy at all times.
8. Prepare and compile incident, accident and occurrence reports when needed in a timely manner.
9. Oversee the SEC’s Vehicle Fuelling Operation; ensuring safety and compliance with current legislation (HMCE).
10. Handle all out of hours’ customer and contractor enquiries; providing a high level of customer service at every touch point.

14. Maintain and develop effective communications strategies between the Security Team and all colleagues, clients, partners, contractors and customers.
15. To adopt the integration of technology and digital processes in the Security Team ensuring appropriate systems are in place for effective security management.
16. To undertake other relevant duties as may be requested by the company from time to time.
