PIPEWORK SERVICES ENGINEER- SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

As a Pipework Services Engineer, you will be responsible for working as part of the Facilities Team to help deliver the following:

  • Maintenance paperwork and documentation, ensuring this is compliant and always audit ready.
  • Regular site walk-rounds and maintenance checks on equipment, infrastructure and systems (plumbing, gas, sprinklers and HVAC).
  • Installation of temporary pipework for the running of events, conferences and exhibitions across the site.
  • Support external production event teams for event delivery – HVAC requests etc.
  • Tool Usage – Proficiency with hand and power tools e.g. pipe cutters, wrenches, pneumatic press machinery, drills etc.
  • Fixture Installation – installing toilets, sinks, showers, dishwashers, water heaters etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fully qualified Plumber with experience in maintenance of water services systems (5 years post-apprenticeship experience preferred).
  • Experience with fault-finding, and breakdowns preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, safety-first attitude.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.
  • Gas Safe Registered.
  • Qualified in Commercial and domestic gas safety.
  • Legionella Level 3 – Responsible Person qualification.
