Role: Marketing Manager- Exhibitions

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow – site-based role

Role Summary:

This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact B2B marketing campaigns for the Exhibitions sector. Working closely with sales colleagues and the wider SEC marketing team, you’ll help drive results across digital, social and content channels. You’ll also support exhibition clients on-site, adding value to their marketing activity and helping to amplify their presence before, during and after their event — creating campaigns that connect, convert and deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of B2B campaigns for the exhibitions sector.
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of digital and social media content.
  • Work with clients to enhance their marketing during live events, offering SEC support and insight.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and reporting in line with agreed objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting across key metrics.
  • Ensure consistent brand application across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support wider marketing objectives.
  • Carry out administrative and organisational tasks to support campaign delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or events environment.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
