HYROX 2026

Since hosting the first Scottish HYROX event at the SEC in 2023, the event has seen exceptional growth, with attendance increasing by 175% - from 8,000 to over 22,000 in 2026. Now spanning five days, HYROX Glasgow has become one of the largest events in the global series, highlighting both the strength of the Scottish market and the SEC’s ability to support events of increasing scale and complexity.

This partnership goes beyond simply providing space. In 2026, SEC team members also took part in the competition, gaining a genuine, first-hand understanding of the event experience. This insight directly informs how we support organisers and continuously refine delivery. It reflects the SEC’s approach as an engaged event partner - one that is fully invested in the success of the events it hosts.
