FACILITIES AND COMPLIANCE GENERAL OPERATIVE - SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland's premier venue for events, gigs, conferences, and exhibitions. We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.

 

As a Facilities & Compliance General Operative, you will be responsible for working as part of the Facilities and Compliance Team to help deliver the following:

  • Carry out minor maintenance repairs across Campus.
  • Preventative maintenance tasks completed within time frame.
  • Frequent walk rounds of the Campus, reporting any required reactive maintenance.
  • MEWP and Forklift driving to aid with service delivery.
  • Assist contractors with high level working, roof access and escorting.
  • Assist other trades onsite with PPM and reactive tasks.
  • Provide support across Campus for event delivery.
  • Ensure Plantrooms and Storerooms are kept tidy and in order.
  • General relocation of company assets (barriers, furniture, materials).
