Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland's premier venue for events, gigs, conferences, and exhibitions. We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.
As an IT Casual, you will be responsible for working as part of the IT Team to help deliver the following:
- Assist with the completion of IT Service Desk tickets
- Assist with the completion of IT projects
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations
- Assist IT Event Delivery Team when required
