CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT ASSISTANT – DIGITAL SIGNAGE - SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

As a Customer Engagement Assistant - Digital Signage, you will be responsible for working as part of the Customer Experience Team to help deliver the following:

  • Support liaison with clients, partners and SEC teams, providing information on digital screen assets and the operating model available to them.
  • Receive and collate relevant content from these parties, checking for compatibility and suitability for our digital signage platform.
  • Upload and organise content to our signage platform.
  • Schedule approved content at appropriate times.
  • Record content received and displayed per event, reporting using the agreed structure.
  • Ensure the digital signage platform is managed correctly, removing old content as necessary.
