• Age Restriction: Seating: Over 14’s only – Under 16’s accompanied by an adult 18+ | Standing: Over 18’s only
• Please note the forms of ID we accept to prove your age: Passport, Photo-card driving licence / Provisional licence, Photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram e.g. Young Scot Card, Citizencard.
• Alcohol: Know your limits. Anyone underage or overly intoxicated will be refused entry or ejected from the event.
• Arrive early: Get here in plenty time to queue, be searched and enter in time to enjoy the show.
• Bags: Please do not bring large bags. Bags over A3 size will not be allowed into the event.
• Challenge 25: If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol.
• Please note that our bars only accept the following forms of ID when purchasing alcohol: Passport, Photo-card driving licence / Provisional licence.
• Dress Code: Colours associated with the band’s fanbase will be permitted in the venue. We may refuse anyone with clothing that is deemed unacceptable or offensive.
• Drink responsibly: It is an offence for under 18s to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. It is a criminal offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for someone who is under the age of 18.
• Flags/Banners: We may refuse anyone with a sign/banner/flag that is deemed unacceptable or offensive.
• Hydrate: Water points will be available within the venue.
• Official ticket outlets for this event were Ticketmaster, Gigs in Scotland. If you’ve purchased or received tickets from another source, they may not be valid. For more information on spotting fraudulent tickets, you can visit www.star.org.uk/ticket-buying-advice
• Searching: Full searching will be in operation. Anyone in possession of an illegal substance or harmful item will not get into the venue.
• Smoking/Vaping: There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy within the OVO Hydro. For those who wish to smoke, designated smoking shelters are located outside the venue. Remember to present your ticket for scanning when leaving/re-entering and make use of Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer. Send tickets directly from your Ticketmaster account to your group. • Welfare: If you feel unwell or unsafe please speak to a steward. The stewarding, medical and welfare teams on duty are there to help.

The Terrace

Our Terrace seats provide a range of VIP benefits for enjoying your favourite acts and events.

The ticket price includes:

• Fast-track arena entry through our Hydro Club entrance
• Elevated, reserved seat at the front of Level 2 for premium stage views
• In-seat food and drinks service
• A complimentary welcome drink on arrival
• In-seat Merchandise delivery service

Please note:

• The Terrace is located on Level 2 of the OVO Hydro.
• Seats on the Terrace are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements
• Terrace seats are raised, bar stool style
• All food and drinks, other than the welcome drink, are payable on the night
• The welcome drink comprises either beer, wine, spirits or soft drinks in standard measures

The Nest

Our Nest seats provide a range of VIP benefits for enjoying your favourite acts and events.

The ticket price includes:

• Fast-track arena entry through our Hydro Club entrance
• Private, reserved seats with premium stage views
• Access to the Capital Starsuite and Clubhouse lounges pre and post show

Please note:

• The Nest is located on Level 3 of the OVO Hydro.
• Seats on the Nest are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements
• Nest seats are raised, bar stool style (Row B) or low, banquette- sofa style seats (Row A)
