TICKETING ADMIN ASSISTANT – LIVE ENTERTAINMENT - SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland's premier venue for events, gigs, conferences, and exhibitions. We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.

 

As a Ticketing Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for working as part of the Live Entertainment Ticketing Team to help deliver the following:

 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication with venues and promoters, providing system support and resolving queries within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with ticketing partners to meet deadlines and ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Handle customer enquiries across all sales channels, including the accessible phoneline, in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • Support the integration of technology and digital processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Take minutes for meetings, recording actions and distributing to stakeholders.
  • Collate team project work and prepare presentations.

They will have a proven track record in event ticketing operations, particularly in on-sale management and exposure to high-volume live entertainment settings, is crucial. Proficiency in managing manifests, customer enquiries, seating plans, and organisation skills, combined with expertise in ticketing platforms and Microsoft Office, is necessary to streamline operations.
