PEOPLE COORDINATOR - SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

As a People Coordinator, you will be responsible for working as part of the People & Culture Team to help deliver the following:

  • Support the recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers, scheduling interviews and preparing and issuing offer documentation.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including starters, leavers, contract amendments and promotions.
  • Provide support and guidance to all employees on people policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure people data is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain and process people data, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and presented in clear, accessible formats to support reporting and business insights.
  • Take ownership of people projects and initiatives to support the delivery of the People & Culture strategy.
