BUSINESS SUPPORT COORDINATOR – SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

As Business Support Coordinator in the Conference Sales team, you’ll be the driving force that keeps our sales operation running smoothly. It’s your chance to be at the heart of a thriving events business, supporting a high-performing sales team to deliver unforgettable experiences for clients from across the globe.
From coordinating client visits to managing vital data and supporting team logistics, you’ll ensure every detail is handled with precision and energy. Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, your contribution will directly impact client experience and commercial success. You will help with the delivery of the following:
- Coordinating client site visits, ensuring seamless logistics and communication
- Providing day-to-day admin support including meetings, travel, and enquiries
- Managing client hospitality and gifting
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and produce sales reports
- Supporting team operations through expense processing, purchase orders and filing
- Assisting with post-event feedback and continuous improvement

- High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information
- A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
You’re someone who takes pride in being organised, detail‑driven, and always one step ahead. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities and being the go‑to person in a busy, fast‑paced team. You’ll bring previous administrative experience - ideally from events, sales, or hospitality - and feel confident supporting a high‑volume workload. Familiarity with CRM or booking systems would be an advantage.
