HYROX is back at the iconic Glasgow SEC for the second year running.
For those of you who do not know HYROX yet... welcome to the new world of global fitness racing, hosted across 22 countries. The race itself begins with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times.
You can race on your own in our Open & Pro division, with a partner in Doubles or in a Relay with 3 other teammates of your choice. Within each division, you will race alongside athletes of various ages, but your ranking and placing is split into your respective age category, with podiums and World Championship qualifications for every age group.
