We are looking for an experienced, motivated and dependable individual to be part of our Event Management Team to help us achieve our vision to be the Best Event Campus in Europe.
The Event Manager will be responsible for working in the Event Management Team in pre-event sales, event planning and delivery, budget control and venue management. As well as working closely with the Event Management Team; they will also collaborate with customers to ensure that all expectations are exceeded at every touch point of the event.
The successful candidate should be a confident, passionate and a flexible individual who ideally has knowledge and experience in the Event Management Industry.
The ideal candidate should also be confident working with clients, skilled in multi-tasking and be hands on with dedication and enthusiasm to ensure the best quality and service is given to each event. The role of the Event Manager will also ensure clients and internal departments’ needs are met while complying with all relevant statutory, Health and Safety, Building Standards and Licensing requirements and SEC Ltd.
The candidate should be able to provide evidence that they have a proven track record for delivering results and have a working knowledge of the industry. You will also have previous experience in a similar environment and be able to demonstrate: strong communication and customer focused skills; proactive team player; excellent time management with proven experience of working to deadlines; working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Event industry knowledge and flexibility as evening and weekend working may be required.
