The Terrace
Our Terrace seats provide a range of VIP benefits for enjoying your favourite acts and events.
The ticket price includes:
- Fast-track arena entry through our Hydro Club entrance
- Elevated, reserved seat at the front of Level 2 for premium stage views
- In-seat food and drinks service
- A complimentary welcome drink on arrival
- In-seat Merchandise delivery service
Please note:
- The Terrace is located on Level 2 of the OVO Hydro.
- Seats on the Terrace are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements
- Terrace seats are raised, bar stool style
- All food and drinks, other than the welcome drink, are payable on the night
- The welcome drink comprises either beer, wine, spirits or soft drinks in standard measures

The Nest

- Nest seats are raised, bar stool style (Row B) or low, banquette- sofa style seats (Row A)

Evolv Express is a contactless security screening solution that highlights threat items, while ignoring harmless personal items, as you walk through at a natural pace.
How does it work?
- Follow instructions from our team
- Keep all personal belongings with you during the screening process
- Simply Walk through the screening system; there's no need to stop unless directed to by security
- Have your ticket ready for scanning
If you have a medical condition that may limit certain security procedures, or use a wearable or implanted medical device, please inform staff as you approach and they will provide an alternative screening method.
Dress code policy
What is the best way to dress for a Disney On Ice show?
We suggest you dress comfortably. The temperature in the arena is typically 10+ degrees cooler than outside, so a light sweater/jacket might be needed. Also, practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the steps in the arena. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense. Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted. Competition T&Cs

3. Winners will be notified via post/email/phone by 11.02.19 to arrange redemption of free tickets.
4. A VIP family ticket consists of four (4) tickets; maximum of 2 adult tickets plus up to 2 children tickets that include a ride in part of the show.
5. The first two correct entries selected at random after the closing date will each receive four (4) tickets for the show.
6. There are 2 family tickets available.
7. There are 8 VIP seats allocated for the ride at each performance – 2 families of 2 adults and 2 children each. A maximum of 4 children can ride in the cart.
8. Only 2 children from the winning family will be able to ride in the cart. They will be accompanied by 2 other children from another winning family.
9. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
10. Children participating in the show must be aged 5-11 years old and will not be required to skate on the ice.
11. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
12. Any associated arrangements and costs incurred are not included. This includes any necessary travel arrangements (including parking) and accommodation.
13. Tickets cannot be exchanged, there are no cash alternatives and no correspondence shall be entered into.
14. Tickets are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and do not apply to tickets already booked.
15. Accompanying paid tickets cannot be guaranteed to be seated together with the winner seats and will incur a service charge per ticket and a processing fee.
16. Winners’ information will be shared across various parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment only.
17. Winners must be prepared to take part in any relevant publicity.
18. If the event is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to allocate you alternative tickets but this will be subject to availability.
