With its infinite flexibility, the campus has gone from strength to strength and, with planned expansion and development, will continue to position Glasgow on the world stage.

On-Site Services

We are committed to making a visit to the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Baby Changing

visit_accessibility_babychanging.jpgThere are baby changing facilities on the SEC concourse, located outside Hall 1, which can be accessed using a radar key collected from the Information Desk or SEC cloakroom. In addition, there are also changing tables in most accessible toilets throughout the campus. Please ask a member of staff for the nearest one.

Bank

There are two ATMs on the concourse (next to the Box Office) of the SEC Centre. There is no ATM in The OVO Hydro.

SEC venues operate a cashless system. We will only accept contactless or card payments at our box office, food & drink outlets, merchandise sales points and cloakroom.

Cloakroom

There are cloakrooms in two of our buildings – in the West lobby of the SEC Centre and on the ground floor of The OVO Hydro. They are open during many events and visitors can deposit items for the duration of the event for £2 per item, per day.

Please note that items cannot be left in the cloakroom overnight. For more information, or to find out if the cloakroom will be open for a specific event, please email us. 

Information Desk

The Information Desk is located on the ground floor of the SEC Centre adjacent to the main doors.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout our buildings.

Medical Centre

For general medical enquiries and support, contact the Medical Centre in the SEC Centre who will be pleased to help visitors.

Our well-equipped Medical Centre is located at the east end of the concourse in the SEC Centre. There is also a fully equipped Medical Room on the ground floor of The OVO Hydro.

While on site, our medical staff can be approached directly, or via one of our stewards.

Breastfeeding

Vending Machines

Vending machines are available on the main concourse in the SEC Centre.

Box Office

The Box office opens at 3pm on the day of the event and closes 15 mins after the main act takes to stage, unless otherwise stated.

Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day at The OVO Hydro website and The SEC website (powered by Ticketmaster).

If you ordered online via OVOHydro.com, SEC.co.uk or Ticketmaster and have any questions or need help, you can view their help section here or access support for specific orders in your online account:

1. Log into MyAccount
2. Select the order you wish to enquire about
3. Click ‘Need help with this order?’
4. Select the most relevant query category and topic
5. Add a message if you wish (optional)
6. Click submit

Ticketmaster will then get back to you directly by email.
